David Frost is a principal consultant for Datachek Consulting Services, LLC, specializing in risk, audit, control and process improvement. He has spent over 31 years at Citigroup in various senior level audit risk and compliance positions such as Director of Audit for the New York Retail Banking Division, Director of Audit for Citigroup’s Institutional Bank Division and Compliance and Process Improvement Director for Depositary Receipts. His credentials includes the implementation of Risk Based auditing throughout the organization, creating the foundation for self assessments and self audit within the Securities Services Division, and the oversight of major vendors and out-sourced companies. He has also conducted Six Sigma process improvement initiatives within Citigroup as well as their out-sourced vendors.

As a CISA he introduced the monitoring of mainframe systems using audit retrieval techniques and monitored major system development and implementation efforts.

He has conducted on-site training programs, and has been a key training consultant for MIS Training Institute for over 13 years and is a Past President of the New York Chapter of the Information, Security and Control Association.
